I will review your bookkeeping and accounting to make sure your books are organized and in order.
I will review if your being taxed correctly. Example: Filed as and LLC or S Corporation Election.
Then I will look at pricing, marketing, service, product cost, margins, payroll, tax payments, tax strategy, and asset allocation.
CEO Services require a minimum 3-month contract with a maximum of 6 months.
Typically, 3 months is the sweet spot for reviewing, implementation, and review to get your business on the track best fit for you and your goals.
Rates are below with 50% fees paid up front and the paid weekly.
If travel is involved, the client will pay for travel, lodging, and meals in addition to the fees.
Fees are revenue based.
$1 - $150,000 $2,500 per month
$151,000 - $300,000 $4,000 per month
$301,000 - $500,000 $6,000 per month
$501,000 - $1,000,000 $7,500 per month
$1,000,000 plus $10,000 starting rate per month
- (depending on the complexity of the job)

Payroll Service
$60.00 per month (Bi-weekly)
$70 per month (Weekly)
$7.50 per employee
We offer direct deposit and check service
(Call for pricing for larger payroll)
It's that simple. It doesn't matter if you pay weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or commission only.
We are looking for a qualified candidate for bookkeeping/office organization. Compensation will be based off experience. This is a part-time position that will lead to more hours. We offer paid time off and bonus for this position.
Qualifications must include: Bookkeeping, Quickbooks online, and Microsoft office.
Payroll experience is a plus.
This position will be required to perform various office duties, special projects, and other online platforms over time. We will train for these other areas as needed.
This is a small office environment where we are continuing to grow and offer great service to our current and new clients. If you feel like working in an office with opportunities to grow with us we would like to hear from you.
